iCare is delighted to launch our brand new personalised Santa video experience 2020. Celebrating all the magic of Santa’s Gatelodge in Milford leading up to Christmas Eve, your personalised video will transport you to to Santa’s stable with some special guests, whisking you away to Mrs Claus’ kitchen where you’ll create a very special recipe and finally stopping by Santa’s study where he might just have received a very special letter, that he wants to talk to you about.

Magical Santa Letter
Celebrating all the magic of Christmas, our beautifully designed personalised letters will build the anticipation and excitement for your little ones, ahead of Santa’s visit on Christmas eve.
Their little faces will light up as they read about what Santa has been up to in preparation for the big night, with little teasers of what he knows about them.
Our vintage style premium letters feature a hand-drawn design by a local artist, printed on high quality cream paper and sealed with a traditional red wax seal. With your letter you will receive a hand written recipe card from Mrs Claus’ kitchen of her very own Reindeer Dust recipe which you can make together as a family. Each letter is highly personalised to every child and posted directly to their door postmarked from the North Pole.
